"Online booking"

– Search for your route :
Simply choose your departure point and destination in combination with your desired travel date(s), total passenger and click on the ‘Search’ button to start your search.

– Choose your boat and Transport :
Available sailing schedules and prices will be shown on the search results page (if Transport required please pick Pickup ), Select and book the best connection for you. Next click Proceed to check out.

– Fill in details :
Fill in your name and email (We will send your booking confirmation and e-tickets to this email), passenger details and request optional hotel pickup and return . Pick ” I agree to the Terms And Conditions” , Next click Send inquiry to book (if the seats available , our reservation team will send confirmation automatic by email with payment link).

– Complete your payment :
Choose your payment method and click ‘Continue to payment’. You will be redirected to a secured payment page to complete your booking.

– Receive your e-tickets :
Within a few minutes after your payment is completed you will receive a booking confirmation with e-tickets in your email. Have a pleasant journey!

Currently you can only make bookings at least 1 Day / 24 hours before departure. For last minute bookings you contact us by phone, whatsapp or email at [email protected]

In the case there is no seat availability, most likely the boat(s) are fully booked. Please contact us by phone, whatsapp or email at [email protected] to see how we can help.

"Prices & Payment"

We accept the following payment methods: - Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card) and Debit cards processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL. - Bank Transfer - Paypal - QRIS - E-Wallet (OVO) - Convenient Store

The product’s pricing are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in IDR using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com.

No, we do not charge any credit, debit or other payment fee, however your bank may charge additional payment fee’s for international payments. Please contact your bank to be sure.

Fast boat prices can fluctuate by date, depending on how busy they are at a certain date (high season / low season). The prices can also be effected by exchange rate changes.

"Confirmation & E-tickets"

Once you have chosen the fast boat you will be asked to provide some personal details. After you have confirmed these details you will be able to choose your method of payment, once you have completed your payment you will receive an automatic email confirmation with all the details of your booking with your e-tickets attached.

Mostly booking confirmations are instantly after you have successfully completed your online booking, however during busy times it can take a few minutes.

Please make sure to check your spam box to be sure. The email could go to your spam box, please check your spam box. If the email goes to your spam box, please mark it as Not Spam’ for your future benefit. Should you not receive the voucher, please contact us at [email protected].

Yes, you are allowed to book for any person(s). The booker also don’t need to be present on check-in for departure.

"What can I bring?"

No, pets such as dogs are not allowed as they can cause safety issues and inconvenience to other passengers.

No, motorbikes are not allowed on the fast boats. Motorbikes and cars are also not allowed on ALL of the Gili Islands. In case you want to bring your motorbike to Nusa Penida or Lembongan, we suggest taking a public slow ferry or simply rent a motorbike on Nusa Penida or Lembongan island.
